Summer Reading Programs Underway
Popular Children's Programs Provide Big Draw

It's still not too late to sign up for your local summer reading program! This year's theme is Fizz, Boom, Read! Posters and handouts celebrate science as well as literacy, while some of the summer programming will include hands on experiments.
Prizes have once again been donated generously by local businesses, institutions, and non profits. B.D. Mongolian Grill, Betty Brinn, Big Backyard, Cool Waters, Cousin's Subs, Discovery World, Festival City Symphony, First Stage, Learning Shop, Milwaukee Ballet, Milwaukee County Zoo, Milwaukee County Parks Pools, Milwaukee Public Museum, Pettit National Ice Center, P.F. Chang's, Pizza Hut, Soref Planetarium, and Wisconsin State Fair have all given prizes which will be available to all readers who meet the challenge.
