from Health Department and Ald. Perez

City of Milwaukee Health Department Requests Your Input
The City of Milwaukee Health Department has released a draft of the city’s first community-developed health improvement plan. Called the MKE Elevate Community Health Improvement Plan, the draft plan is the result of an extensive process to assess the health of city residents and hear directly from residents, agencies, and organizations about the most pressing health issues they feel a communitywide effort can address.
As a member of the Milwaukee Common Council Public Safety and Health Committee, Alderman Perez encourages you to review the draft plan and submit any comments, ideas, or feedback through September 30. If you represent an organization working on any of the identified issues, you are also encouraged to sign your organization up as a potential partner!
Please find the draft report and feedback form at www.milwaukee.gov/MKEelevate.
