Customer Service Training Program
A thirteen-week hands on training program covering the following areas:
* Computer literacy/Office 2010 (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
* Mavis Beacon Typing Tutorial
* Customer Service Skills Set - Internet and E-mail
* Word Processing, Business, Cover letter and Resume Writing
* Dress for Success Workshop
* Interview Techniques and Employer Expectations.
* Conflict resolution and trouble shooting/Job search
Graduation Certificate from the National Retail Federation and Ceremony

Information Technology
*Computer Service Technician Certification (CST)
*Network Computer Technician Certification (NCT)
*Network Systems Technician Certification (NST)
*Wireless Network Technician Certification (WNT)

Job training, counseling, placement & retention: Fortunate Futures has an enrollment capacity of twenty individuals per 13 week training session, and provides each person with a host dedicated supportive services needed to secure employment upon successful completion of the program. 
Fortunate Futures development team works to establish relationships with employers in the Metro- Milwaukee and surrounding tri-county area and matchs graduates based on their skills and abilities. Follow-up and job retention calls are made to employer and employee upon placement at 30, 60, and 90 day intervals.

Additional information
Fortunate Futures also conducts online testing services for Castle Worldwide Testing Solutions, Certiport, ETA International, and the National Retail Foundation.

*Certifications in customer Service are nationally accredited by the National Retail Foundation. Certification in information Technology are accredited both nationally and internationally by the International Certification Accreditation Council (ICAC)


Philosophy
 The philosophy of Fortunate Futures is that once individuals become financially stable through employment they can pursue other loftier aspriations, such as higher education.
