End of the year Celebration-meet and Greet

End of the Year Celebration-meet and greet.
Neighbors giving to neighbors.

Please accept our invitation on behalf of 5PNA to our annual meet and greet celebration: Monday, Dec 21st from 6-8pm at Grace Fellowship.  During this time, we have about 30-40 minutes to talk about our accomplishments and some future plans as well as allow a few of others to speak briefly as well as our elected officials.

This year we have added a special twist to our celebration in that we are asking each person to bring a dish and to regift, bring a gift in good condition from home designated for a child, adult, or senior.  If you must buy, we are asking that the gift is no more than $5.00.  We are featuring neighbor give to a neighbor.

Please let us know the type of dish/beverage/snack you are bringing.

Thanking you in advance,

Samuel Sims and Dr. Calhoun, Presidents

5 points blog

Dear Everyone,

Please note that while transitioning all new posts to our new blog-http://5pnamil.blogspot.com/

5PNA-Five Points Milwaukee:

we will continue to posts here for the next couple of months.

Please work to become accustomed to finding neighborhood posts on the 5pnamil.blogspot.com site. Also, become a follower of the new blog as we will begin posting more information on there.  Neighborhood specific information may still appear on this blog; however, 5pnamil.blogspot.com will carry information for all neighborhoods under the 5pna umbrella as we receive it.

The news may come from any of our contacts so please check it often.

Thank you in advance.

Cinema Sundays with Beintween

Hello:

Our fifth Cinema Sunday is happening on Sunday, December 13th at 1551 N. Water St.

This week will feature two wonderful documentaries that talk about the state of cities, one in Midwest and the other looking at conditions worldwide.

Detropia (2012) will begin at 6pm and Urbanized (2011) will follow at 8 pm.  Links to trailer and poster are below.  Details are listed here:

Please extend this invite to a friend or neighbor, and bring a blanket.  One person suggested riding stationary bicycle trainers to stay warm while watching this film, so feel free to bring/borrow one if you'd like to spin!

Thank you.
