Continuing the fight for home stabilization and community.

 Good afternoon,

Consistency and dedication is a must. This post represents the home stabilization and caring for our community. Fatima is excellently striving to draw attention to gentrification and efforts to provide for safe communities like ours. Please watch the following that reviews the strategies employed and how she is leading the charge. This only covers a piece of what she is doing and mentions some of the work the 5 points community is doing as it displays the community art piece. Congratz Fatima for taking this matter nationwide and keeping the momentum going.
