Community Career Fair Set for April 11

More than 45 Diverse Local Employers Expected at Potawatomi Casino
Milwaukee, Wis. – Bryant & Stratton College and the Wisconsin Seasonal Workforce Coalition have partnered again to provide a free Community Career Fair on April 11 from Noon-4 p.m. at Potawatomi Bingo Casino’s Woodland Dreams Ballroom, 1721 W. Canal Street, in Milwaukee.

The second-annual Community Career Fair, open to the public, will feature more than 45 employers and agencies from Southeastern Wisconsin. Job seekers are encouraged to dress professionally and bring copies of their resume to leave with employers. In addition, there will be professional workshops and career preparation seminars to help job seekers devise a plan for their future.

The Career Fair will also be a great opportunity to learn about Bryant & Stratton College, a premier career college with campuses in downtown Milwaukee, Wauwatosa and at Bayshore Town Center in Glendale. Bryant & Stratton College offers Bachelor’s and Associate’s degree programs in Business, Healthcare, Technology and the Legal Field.

“The Community Career Fair provides our students, alumni and the public the opportunity to network with employers in a wide range of fields and explore our college programs that have high potential employment,” said Pete Pavone, State Director of the Bryant & Stratton Wisconsin Colleges. “There are jobs available in Milwaukee, and Bryant & Stratton College is here to help prepare individuals with the right skills, experiences and education that employers want in this competitive job market.”
