This is a very important meeting!
All renters, homeowners, landlords, businesses are asked to attend. We will discuss neighborhood needs and
assessment, applying for the TIN program and other economic development
opportunities, youth programs, and the establishment of social venues in the
community. We will cover serving on
various committees and finding out what construction is to take place. We will also provide updates about the
changes in the area and Malcolm Martin will answer questions on the
“Renaissance Place” as a licensed establishment. Your input and participation is requested
upfront on all neighborhood agenda items.
