Job Description:

Installation of weatherization materials, including but not limited to; insulation, weather stripping, caulk, spray foam, roof vents, window glass, water pipe and water heater insulation wrap, CFL's, carbon minoxide detector, shower head, flow restrictors, etc

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Position Type: Full-time

Compensation: Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Type of Employment: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

•Air sealing a house to reduce the amount of infiltration and exfiltration of air.
•Insulating open attic's, floored attic's, walls, and bump out roofs.
•Performing depressurization Blower Door test on a house
•Performing Worst Case Depressurization test to test the whole house tightness limits to ensure combustional appliances are venting properly

Qualifications:

High School Plus Additional Training Lasting up to 1 year and one year of training or experience in carpentry or housing preservation work or related construction experience •Valid Driver License with clean driving record
•Good Communication Skills
•Basic Carpentry skills and knowledge of common hand tools with one year experience in a related field
Preferred:
•Good computer skills
•Good customer service skills
•Good working attitude and team work skills
