Block Clubs of Grover and Williamsburg Heights
Grace Fellowship Church of Milwaukee

Seminar In FocusAll across the urban American landscape there is a critical need for effective community leadership training. It is not that urban communities do not have leaders, but rather that these communities have a greater disproportion of issues and the existing structural framework of support is inefficient or overwhelmed. In order to maintain and to turn these communities around from crisis driven and instability; effective leadership must be nurtured to ensure that communities can remain focused on improving the quality of life for its residents.

The primary focus of this training is to strengthen inner city community leaders through proactive and targeted training. Within this training module,

Community Teamwork: What Does It Look Like, participants will learn how to define teamwork, build effective teams, event planning, strategic planning and much, much, much more…
