Job Title: Collector (numerous openings)
Reports To: Call Center Supervisor
FLSA Status: Hourly ($12 plus benefits package and monthly bonuses!)
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Start Date: May 5, 2015
Summary
The collector makes outbound phone calls to citizens with delinquent accounts to collect past due revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Generate 150-200 outbound phone calls per day to professional and ethically collect on past due parking ticket revenue.
Quickly and accurately document all contacts and results of each call and schedule call backs.
Meet monthly quotas based on the dollar amount collected from citizens.
Experience/Qualifications
2-3 years of stable customer service experience required.
Call Center or Collections experience a plus.
Skills
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical problem solving skills.
Assertive, persuasive, and service minded communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Intermediate level computer and data entry skills – working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook preferred.
Ability to multitask.
