Come celebrate your advocating in action- Green Bay Park ribbon cutting ceremony tomorrow

Good evening,

Here are the details of tomorrow's ribbon cutting ceremony.  If you are setting up a table of information or signing up individuals for 5pna contact (Pam and another individual) please handle,  Rick Alim Muhammad and Dr. Andrew Calhoun will speak on behalf of 5 points.

If there are other tables, please bring a table and chair with information, wear a mask, and enjoy the park.  Voter registration individuals open to register individuals.

9:30am

Rec Staff begins setup (A-frames, tables, chairs, tents, podium, snacks, etc)

10:30am

Sound system set up

Rec Staff welcomes guests and media

10:45am

Guests arrive

Final test of sound system

11am

Press Event with the following speakers:

Director of Milwaukee Recreation

Alderperson

School Board District Representative

Neighborhood Partners  ( 5PNA to designate a speaker: Dr. Calhoun and Rick Alim Muhammad)

Superintendent

Closing Remarks by Director of Milwaukee Recreation
