Many changes are on the horizon with the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, including the creation of the health insurance Exchange/Marketplace and changes to Medicaid in Wisconsin.
These changes will begin to take place this fall and into 2014 and will affect hundreds of thousands of state residents.
