Do you really know what’s going on in your area?  Renters, homeowners, property owners, businesses, if you don’t attend this meeting, what you don’t know could cost you financially, politically, economically, and socially.  Get up, come, and let’s build our future and area together!!!!!!!!

Pop up Harvest Day

Eight families received free produce from our community garden and orchard today. What smiles it brought to their faces. We are looking forward to the next harvest in about two weeks. :)

The Power of Her

Good afternoon,

The Milwaukee Police Department is proud to present "The Power of Her". A workshop for ladies 14 to 18 years of age will be taking place on Saturday, July 16th, from 10 am to 3pm at the Police Training Academy, 6680 N Teutonia Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53209. We would like to invite young ladies from your organization to attend this free event to promote personal growth, physical health and public safety. A lunch will provided along with opportunities to interact with professional women from the fields of education, business executives, law enforcement, journalism and many more!

Attached to this e-mail is an invitation for the event.

We ask that attendees wear casual athletic clothing as some workshops involve minor physical activity. We need your help in growing and tilling the rops as well as the orchard.  In addition, if you are able to volunteer to help plan activities on the lot for the youth and seniors, please contact us.  If you are a vendor, please contact us.
